We place nurses with our children throughout Maine. Because of the concentration of medical services in southern Maine and Boston a large number of our children live in southern Maine and a majority of the staffing is done in this area.

Skilled Care Solutions takes pride in offering an industry leading pay scale. We begin our nurses at $34 an hour. Since MaineCare does not reimburse for overtime we do not provide overtime to our nurses. However, we maintain cordial relationships with several other Home Health Care Agencies and are more than willing to arrange additional hours through their staffing needs.

For those with the entrepreneurial spirit we also offer a 5 year program which will provide you with the training and support to start your own Home Health Care Agency.
